The room included a standard twin room hot. the staff were friendly at reception. They quickly helped me find nearby restaurants. i did appreciate the complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby. It was a nice touch after a long day.

unhappy staffcash payments
the staff seemed really unhappy, not friendly at all. they wouldn't take cash payments which was a huge problem for me. also, i got charged six pounds for parking even with a discount, it should have been twelve pounds. the whole stay just felt unwelcoming and too corporate.
