"Located about a 2m drive from the M5 across the road from the Exeter Park & Ride (strongly recommended as parking is a nightmare and a taxi is a tenner at least) you are ideally located for Exmouth (20m), Torquay, Paignton (30m) and also just an hour or so from the north coast."

The location proved convenient for accessing various destinations, including the city center. Parking was EASY. The staff members were helpful and ensured a SMOOTH check-in. I found the bed comfortable, promoting good sleep.
I noticed slight noise from the heating unit during the night. It was minor but audible.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the breakfast buffet offered plentiful, fresh options in a clean dining room, AMAZING!!! i also appreciated the convenient, easy parking on site.
i noticed the air conditioning wasn't fully functional .

The room included a standard twin room hot. the staff were friendly at reception. They quickly helped me find nearby restaurants. i did appreciate the complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby. It was a nice touch after a long day.

unhappy staff cash payments
the staff seemed really unhappy, not friendly at all. they wouldn't take cash payments which was a huge problem for me. also, i got charged six pounds for parking even with a discount, it should have been twelve pounds. the whole stay just felt unwelcoming and too corporate.
